Where are the other endpoints?

We are actively building out the surface area of our REST API. Feel free to reach out to us via our Developer Community to give us feedback on what would be most valuable for you.

What happens to the existing BigChange web services now?

While new applications should use our REST API where possible, we have no immediate plans to sunset our web services.

How can I understand how many requests my application has made?

During beta, you should keep track of this information at the integration side. We have future plans to publish this information from within the developer portal.

Can I build applications that work with multiple BigChange customers?

Yes! By avoiding the use of customer-specific custom fields, your application can be generic and used by any number of customers.
